Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Inkprint, a writing-pattern checker operated by Edventure Web Development Services. A report describes signs in a text. It is not proof of anything about the person who wrote it.

Effective September 19, 2026

Acceptance

By using Inkprint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Inkprint does

Inkprint reads a writing sample and reports patterns linked to AI-generated text. The result is informational, can be wrong, and is not a statement about authorship or intent. Read the evidence behind each signal before you draw any conclusion.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text and documents you submit. You give us permission to process that content only to produce your report. Submit only content you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Use Inkprint lawfully and with respect for others. Do not:

  • use a report to accuse, punish, or discipline anyone
  • submit personal or sensitive information about other people without authority
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose

No professional advice

Inkprint does not provide legal, academic, or disciplinary advice, and it is not a plagiarism check. Do not rely on a report as the only evidence in a decision about a person.

Availability and changes

We provide the service as is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Edventure Web Development Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of Inkprint. Nothing here waives rights you have under the law.

Minors

If you are under 18, use Inkprint with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes belong to the appropriate Philippine courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
